Hey there, I totally get it, I know what it’s like and I have definitely been there before…
Before becoming a coach, I was a young woman who was caught up in the world of trying to be everything to everyone. The pressure of having to look a certain way in order to be confident in my own skin, I found myself constantly caught up in the “perfectionism” cycle which was masking my feelings of not being good enough in the person that I was. I was worried about what others thought and felt pressure to live in the shadow of myself.
I was shy, not confident and suffered with bad gut issues and accepting that I was “just like that”. I let my surface levels thoughts get the better of me which kept me small and I formed an unhealthy relationship with myself and food,
Until I found myself a coach, then I truly understood how to manage my health and fitness goals. They were able to give me the direction and structure that I needed in order to start and show up for myself in the gym and therefore become more confident and comfortable in myself.
Now I help individuals who are lacking the confidence in themselves, to overcome these struggles with the appropriate education, accountability and support needed to educate and empower them to create a lifelong sustainable change in their lives.

Courtney is an amazing personal trainer, I decided at firsts to get a personnel trainer as I lacked motivation and was unable to loose weight and lost control of my weight. when she started doing my training at the gym my goal was a weight loss of 12Kg.Courtney provided me with the training program and a nutrition program to suit my age, fitness level and achieve my goal of weight loss. After a short while of training COVID19 lockdowns came into force and she offered the personnel training sessions online which was awesome and helped me to continue with my training and achieving my goal within a record time. I have been working with Courtney for 11 weeks and cannot believe what I can now do in the gym!!!!!!!
I started lifting weights 2 years ago at age 58 and was happy with my progress however hit a plateau and was not sure how to move forward and then along came Courtney.
We had a introductory session and immediately I knew I wanted to work with her. Her gentle, determined, and encouraging manner has taken me further in 11 weeks than I took myself in 2 years! It just goes to show the benefit of working with a expert.
