My Journey

Who I was.

When I first started my fitness journey I was shy, not confident and suffered with bad gut issues. I was caught up in the fear of people's opinions and suffered from having low self esteem and never feeling good enough. I constantly let my limiting beliefs get the better of me which kept me constantly trying to chase results to fill an internal void. I let my ego take control of my potential, I formed an unhealthy relationship with myself and food.

I finally decided after sometime with getting no where that I would get myself a coach to help guide me in the correct direction of my goals and needs. What I found through my experience was that I was out of alignment with myself and my body, learning through my mistakes,  I was able to create awareness and a better understanding towards what I really wanted to achieve which was feeling strong and confident in my own skin without needing to feel anxious about my food choices or restricting myself.

 

Who am I now.

Since becoming a coach and further understanding my self and my body I am strong and confident in my own skin. I no longer let fear dictate my life, I have balance within my life, I appreciate my body and I have raised the standard for my health in all areas from training, to nutrition to daily habits and behaviours.. I no longer suffer with gut issues, or feel fatigued. I live each day with purpose and drive. Throughout my own journey I have been able to understand that every individual is unique and there is not once size fits all approach, there is also no quick fixes or short cuts. This can be quite overwhelming for someone to learn when first starting out, which is why I am able to educate and empower women to find the appropriate training and nutrition to suite their needs.

Well I've been in your shoes before, I know what it feels like to have guilt, fear and low self esteem, I know what it feels like to not put yourself first and to not show up for yourself. I know what it feels like to not have control over your health choices. This is why it is my mission to inspire you to reclaim your health and raise the standard for yourself. To take you to your next level of self, to show you that it is possible to create a healthy relationship with yourself and food and to further educate you to take strong action towards your health and wellbeing.

You only get one body, one mind and one soul. You must nourish it and care for it so that you can show up as the role model and leader that you want others around you to look up to. To be able to inspire those around you to take action and become better.
